How we believe that you exist as a real supplier and manufacturer?

We are a registered Taxpayer manufacturing company. We have a company’s bank account. All the payment transactions through the company’s bank account not through a private Person. We can show you our company’s registration documents and also our company is a member of Chamber of commerce and Industry Lahore (Pakistan), all the documentary proofs can be provided upon request.

How will you compensate to us if our shipment arrives with poor quality standards or have quality faults or other quality related problems?

Our quality monitoring and inspection standards are very strict because we have to do business with every buyer on a long-term basis so therefore we take strict quality measures at every processing stage and we get the daily quality reports from our Quality Auditors at every processing stage.
But just because of human error, if the buyer finds a single garment due to even a minor quality fault, the Buyer should email us the picture of the faulted garment, we will pay back to him 100% of the Product cost + Freight cost included all the taxes he paid + Sale loss.
We will never and ever have intentions that buyers should face a single penny loss. We will compensate our buyers in all aspects because we work with them on a long-term basis.

What us your minimum production lead time?

The Production lead time depends upon the quantity of order and styling. If the styling will be complicated then accordingly production completion time will be calculated.

How will you send the shipments?

There are two ways to sending the shipments. One is by AIR and the second one is by Sea. If you need urgent delivery then we will send the shipment by AIR which will take time to arrive at your nearest Airport in 3-4 working days. If you need the shipment in regular time and you do not in hurry then we will send it by Sea which will take to arrive your nearest seaport within 25 working days.

What is cost of your sampling and courier charges?

There are no sampling charges and the courier cost. At the sampling stage, Sample cost and courier charges are free of cost.

What is your Policy or standards with new one buyer?

We always welcome new buyers. Our policy with new buyers is we accept their small quantities initially to release their confidence level. Secondly, we do not do business one time. We do work on a long-term basis so therefore we always accommodate new buyers in terms of sampling development and make sure their complete Productions in minimum time with extraordinary quality standards.

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

The MOQ is 200 pieces.

What are your Payment Terms of Bulk order?

If the invoice value is less than the US $ 10,000, then in this case 35% advance payment through TT bank transfer in our company’s bank account and balance payment through TT bank transfer in our company’s bank account will be at the time of delivery subject to provide pictures of ready shipment.
If the invoice value is above the US $ 10,000, then in this case 45% advance payment through TT bank transfer in our company’s bank account and balance should be IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT AT SIGHT CONSIGNEE TO BANK in our company’s bank account.

How will we place the order?

We do not accept any order until and unless the product has to pass through the sampling development process.
First, you have to provide your own 1 sample with detailed comments and if you want to change its sublimation designs or you want to change some styling, must clearly mention in the detailed Email.
On the basis of your provided garment and according to your comments regarding amendments of styling or decoration, we will make first its proto sample and will courier it to you. You may evaluate its fabric and material quality and do a wash test to check its shrinkage and colorfastness. You may review everything and further you want more change in material or styling then let us advise, we will make another sample with your desire change and amendments and send it back to you for approval.
After passing the sampling test then you have to place the order size-wise and color breakdown via email.
